Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Support, you will:
- Give customer support by handling customers’ issues related to payments refund, and other types of inquiries
- Use different platforms and tools
- Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
- Provide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
