Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich.
As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved professionally and efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver practical solutions, improve processes, and give our customers a voice in shaping our product.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring professional and solution-oriented handling in 1st- and 2nd-level support.
  • Maintain composure under pressure, addressing customer needs empathetically via phone or email, particularly for manufacturing companies.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to implement practical solutions, such as data imports or account customizations.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, working with product and development teams to translate their needs into innovative features.
  • Challenge existing processes, contribute fresh ideas, and support continuous improvement efforts.

You thrive in a dynamic environment and have demonstrated in a similar role that you can work independently, data-driven, reliably, and in a structured manner.

  • Experience: Customer support, ideally in a B2B software environment.
  • Skills: Technical understanding, logical thinking, creativity in problem-solving, and resilience under pressure.
  • Communication: Passion for customer interaction, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).
  • Work Style: Independent, quality-conscious, dynamic, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow
