Responsibilities:
- You will ensure the needs of this critical customer base are met for pricing, orders, deliveries, and product recommendations & information
- Provide professional customer support for customers by providing correct and relevant information to customers that resolves their enquiry
- You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash process to manage EDI related tasks, addressing issues that stem from pricing, orders, deliveries, and invoicing errors
- You shall work closely with customers, major account executives and account owners to ensure root causes of errors causing EDI failures are resolved to ensure orders are processed through to invoicing seamlessly
- Liaison with the broader customer service team supporting with handling customer enquiries on the phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer enquiries by clarifying their requirement; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
