We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, administrative efficiency, and basic accounting knowledge, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Greet and assist customers in-person, via phone, and email with inquiries about products, pricing, and custom orders.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accurate details and timelines are recorded.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update customer and order databases.
  • Coordinate schedules for order pickups and deliveries.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices, receipts, and other documentation.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.

Basic Accounting:

  • Record daily sales transactions accurately in the system.
  • Assist with invoice preparation and follow-up on payments.
  • Track and report petty cash and small expenses.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team for monthly reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a related role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., handling invoices, petty cash, or reconciliations).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and/or other administrative tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a baking, food service, or creative studio environment.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems or invoicing software.
  • Familiarity with basic scheduling tools.
