Customer Support Parts Associate

at  Blackstone Products

WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING

• Aid in verifying parts arriving on containers to ensure what received matches what was ordered, and the quantities are correct
• Part full product from either new inventory or damaged as needed to obtain parts for back ordered items
• Help with decisions of when to recycle or dispose of aging or excess parts
• Restock parts
• Assist Replenishment team regarding parts clarifications and questions
• Collaborate to establish new barcode system with pictures, barcodes, etc.
• Support the Warehouse store employees as needed

Requirements:

• HS Diploma
• Experience working in a Warehouse, Parts, or CS Department
