Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Being front line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners;
- Assisting clients and partners with existing reservations and questions before booking;
- Distributing requests among departments and teams;
- Logging activity in CRM.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
