At Uber, outstanding support is at the heart of our product experience, fostering trust within our community of riders, driver-partners, eaters, and delivery partners. As a Community Support Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping and educating our diverse user base!
Working Model: Hybrid model (minimum 50% of the time monthly work from the Krakow office)

What You’ll Do

  • Be a passionate advocate for Drivers and Riders while answering any questions that come your way.
  • Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (mainly tickets, email, phone).
  • Create loyalty among new users and get our early adopters to fall in love with Uber all over again.
  • Triage issues and escalate them when necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • Italian language C2 level
  • English language C1 level
  • Exceptional communication skills: Effective communicator, verbal & written.
  • Detail Oriented: Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Naturally Curious: Coachability, openness to incorporating feedback, and dedication to the improvement of your craft.
  • Excellent Teammate: You collaborate internally or across functional/regional areas to get the best possible outcome partners/councils.
  • An Owner: Passionate and dedicated, you are deeply committed to taking Uber support to the next level and rising to the occasion to solve problems, big and small. You have the initiative to solve problems on your own.
