THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role as a Customer Support Representative and Storeperson. This dual role integrates customer support and warehouse management to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
This role is essential in providing assistance to both internal and external customers regarding parts sales, orders, and deliveries, while also managing warehouse operations.
The main responsibilities include executing stock management, receipt and despatch functions, and supporting the Manager in implementing best practices, procedures, systems, and standards for warehouse and inventory management.
