Our roles available slightly differ in the type of support provided but all have customer service at their core.

See below a brief summary of the roles we have available:
Role 1: Permanent FT/PT role with established government account, $27.77 p/h with up to $480 per month in performance incentives. Provide valuable voice support for everyday Australians in using Services Australia programs. Minimum 30 hours per week if PT. Citizenship necessary.
Role 2: Casual or Fixed term FT/PT (6-month contract) for claims processing on behalf of a government account. $27.77 p/h or $34.71 for casual. Only 3 days training and then only 20 hours needed per week, can be up to 38. Citizenship necessary.
Role 3: Permanent FT role with brand new superannuation client, $27.17 p/h. Get in on the ground floor of a new account and showcase our skills, within our new accounts we regularly see growth opportunities for game-changers. No citizenship required.

Responsibilities:

FULL-TIME, PART-TIME AND CASUAL ROLES AVAILABLE

  • Hourly rates: $27.17 / $27.77 and $34.71 (casual)
  • Paid training ranging between: 3 days to 6 weeks
  • Brisbane CBD Location - Across the road from Central Station, make the most of the upcoming 50c fares!

ROLE DUTIES:

A variety of roles are available, including government support through voice customer service, back-end claims processing, and voice support for a well-known superannuation company.
