WHAT TYPE OF BREED ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Are you that kind of person that is always willing to help? You can combine a touch of a sales with your love for customer care and eagerness to learn more about nutrition? Then you might be the B2C Customer Happiness Hero we’re looking for! A candidate with strong empathy and understanding of customers needs.

WHAT SKILLS & TRICKS SHOULD YOU BRING?

• You have a first experience in a B2C customer service role (min. 1 year), confirming you have a very strong sense of empathy and customer care while understanding business needs.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• You work well in a team and thrive towards common goals, you are a real team player and have the ability to communicate your knowledge clearly and understandably to colleagues.
• You know how to prioritize your work and take initiative where necessary. You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner. You have a can-do, proactive attitude and you are keen to learn and grow.
• You have a natural inclination towards nutrition, ideally possessing a background or willingness to learn.
• You have a notion of how logistics processes work in the fast moving goods sector and experience working with ERP systems.
  And last but not least, you consider yourself to be a HUGE pet lover
