PROK will continuing to achieve this throughout 2024 by rolling out an extended product range and opening new regional service facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding conveyor components, providing technical information, and guiding them through the selection process.
- Customer call support and direction to respective teams
- General office administration
- Accurately interpret customer orders, ensuring that the correct conveyor components are selected and processed for despatch.
- Support PROK’s customers with their strong understanding of our conveyor components and their applications.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Escalate critical orders/enquiries to the Manufacturing and Sales teams and keep customer informed of progress.
- Support our AM Sales team with day-to-day enquiries.
- Liaise with Inventory Controllers to ensure appropriate stock levels and stocked items.
- Liaise with all other AM overseas customers and assist in the preparation of the logistics and tracking of Export goods.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Perform Document management to support operational teams.
- Responsible for accurate data management of job registers
- Periodic and monthly invoicing activitie
