CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST - JOB DESCRIPTION

Packly is a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-changing environment. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be a point of reference for our customers, guiding them through the purchasing process of our products and providing them with the necessary support.
A key part of your role is ensuring that customers are perfectly satisfied and aware of all our products.
You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team and you will have the chance to work in a challenging atmosphere connecting with our Italian and international customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mother tongue knowledge of Italian;
  • Professional knowledge of Spanish and English is a mandatory requirement;
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies such as CRM software;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships;
  • Customer-centric mentality and ability to collect customer feedback and needs;
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in an additional language (French or German) is highly desirable and considered as a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
