To keep pace with the rate of electrification and renewable energy expansion we need to be installing 10 MW of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) every other week until 2030. Multiply that figure by 10 when considering wider Europe.
At Stella Futura, we aim to address these challenges and ensure the energy supply for the future. We achieve this by designing, owning, and operating BESS facilities across the Nordics. Rooted in engineering expertise, focusing on financial innovation and flexible commercial solutions, we pioneer new modern energy infrastructure across the region.

Who we are seeking:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar customer support role within battery energy storage systems, renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Experience in customer ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in swedish and english.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer requests while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Responsibilities:

As a customer support specialist, you will play a central role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Structuring and setting up the customer support function.
  • Provide outstanding customer support via various channels, including phone and email.
  • Resolve customer issues in close collaboration with the rest of the organization. Including further escalation to the right department (service, finance, tech etc.).
  • Improve and streamline customer support processes.
