This is a Head Office role and you will be joining a growing a brilliant team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line customer support on queries and technical issues to both internal and external stakeholders. (Using Kanpla)
  • Collaborate with third-party partners to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collect and analyse data from our internal teams.
  • Building and uploading menus to our ordering platforms in a timely manner.
  • Data analysis, identifying trends and patterns.
  • Constantly working to improve system efficiencies and enhancements
  • Processing of refunds and account reconciliations
  • Onboarding new contracts to systems
