We are looking for a Customer Systems Implementation & Training Specialist to on-board our customers and provide training on the use of our platforms. What you will be doing:

  • Delivering quality training and presentations to customers in the use of SHL’s online platforms either via webinar, one to one calls or meetings.
  • Once established, you will have a sound knowledge of all SHL online platforms & products, providing guidance on first-rate customer deployment.
  • Reviewing and developing training course content and associated documentation (assisting with translation work if applicable).
  • Configuring new SHL online accounts in line with customers’ requirements and make recommendations for new site implementations.
  • Action update requests and monitor and administer global mailboxes, system training courses and bookings.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and Subject Matter Experts, to create and maintain training support material for clients and employees.
