Responsibilities:
Join our Technical Services team as a Customer Technical Sales Liquid Inks at our site in Espoo. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our liquid ink customers in the Nordic/Baltic region, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with the sales force and commercial teams to support customer product performance requirements
- Supporting the Sales, Laboratory, and Operations organizations in executing necessary projects at customer sites
- Carrying out or assisting in technical work related to customer inquiries
- Solving technical problems to an agreed standard
- Maintaining precise customer technical records and communicating results in a clear and concise manner
- Driving joint projects with customers to achieve common goals
- Ensuring the safety of self and others by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
