Your role
Join our dynamic team as an AEW Mission System Trainer and contribute to the development of next-generation AEW&C products. As an AEW Mission System Trainer, you are responsible for planning, preparing, implementing and evaluating courses for the customer’s radar operators and/or radar technicians. The position may include being in charge of one or more courses.
You will be an essential part of the continued development of our customer’s ability to use GlobalEye. And also contribute to the future development of the GlobalEye mission system by reporting performed work, observations and possible improvements.
An important part of the role is to continuously build and maintain customer satisfaction and relations. As an essential member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments within Saab, from systems engineering to human factors specialists, to create user-friendly interfaces and optimize system performance.
Your profile
You have experience and skills as radar operator and/or radar technician. You are a team player and a skilled communicator who thrives in a global and complex environment.

In this role, you should possess the following attributes:

  • Experience in C2 operator or as a radar technician, with knowledge of the GlobalEye Mission System, C2STRIC, or similar radar systems
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • A pedagogical approach to teaching and the ability to adapt to different learning styles
  • A willingness to travel, as the job may require being away from home for 1-3 weeks per training opportunity
  • Experience in working in an international environment, as well as exceptional social skills including focus on customer needs
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
