Due to continued growth, Fastway is seeking a full-time, positive individual to join our team in Portarlington as a Customs Administrator.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office office skills especially Excel
  • Previous Experience working in a Warehouse/Logistics environment
  • Customs experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular check in with SPE Assignment process to collect any unassigned data.
  • Manage the trailer assignment process, filling in trailer details by client and assigning this data to trailers.
  • Troubleshooting of Customs issues NTA, ACR and No Manifest Data
  • Create a good working relationship with the Customs Teams.
  • Manage transit release process , make sure all transits released on time .
  • Liaise with Customs officials on any incorrect Transit issues
  • Processing shipping documents, including bills of lading
  • Handle transport-related paperwork
  • Communicate with hauliers, operations team and customers to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Update daily trailer report
  • Update trailer assignment Tracker
  • Update Red routing report
  • Weekly Reporting and meetings
  • Escalation of data issues
