Responsibilities
- Responsible for queries from customers in regard to Customs rules and regulations
- Supervise, train, coach and lead about 20 team members as well as Windsor
- Delegate tasks
- Employee reviews
- Responsible for the bi-weekly payroll for staff
- Compliance with various federal and international regulatory laws
- Regulatory laws, including OGD requirements, Customs valuation, basic GST/HST application, temporary import regulations, etc.
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Customs Operations Manager in logistics, freight forwarding/supply chain
- Relevant degree or diploma
