We are seeking a highly skilled Customs and Logistics Specialist to oversee and manage all import/export activities for our B2C and B2B shipments. As the key point of contact for customs-related issues, you will collaborate closely with third-party logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth customs clearance operations. Your role will involve providing expert guidance on customs laws and regulations, establishing compliant processes, and resolving any customs-related challenges. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all import/export processes for B2C and B2B shipments.
  • Act as the primary contact for customs-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to streamline customs processes and enhance productivity.
  • Provide guidance on customs laws and regulations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customs operators and establish new connections as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficient customs management.
  • Resolve any customs-related issues that arise during transportation.
