JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cutting tool Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role is crucial in driving business development and expanding our market presence, particularly in the cutting tool market
. The Cutting tool Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing accounts, and negotiating contracts to meet customer needs effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in Cutting tool sales, preferably in manufacturing , technology sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing industry clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify potential Machining customers through research and networking efforts.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Provide Cutting tool, exceptional account management by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Stay informed about product offerings, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.
