JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cutting tool Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role is crucial in driving business development and expanding our market presence, particularly in the cutting tool market
. The Cutting tool Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing accounts, and negotiating contracts to meet customer needs effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Cutting tool sales, preferably in manufacturing , technology sales or business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay: $33,100.00-$80,021.16 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing industry clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify potential Machining customers through research and networking efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Provide Cutting tool, exceptional account management by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.
