REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bacherlor’s degree
- Fluent in English
- Two years of related experience customer-facing position, meeting planner or related
- Project management skills: attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and analytic skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to learn quickly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word,
- Experience working as part of an onshore/offshore dev ops team
- Knowledge of Cvent Event Management, web development experience and basic graphic design experience is advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Creation of registration web sites and emails in Cvent – templates and unique sites
- Contribute to defining the end-to-end process for the creation of the websites and emails using Cvent
- Oversee all aspects of development/configuration, testing and release of the attendee management components in Cvent for each meeting (website and email)
- Resolve issues related to the content or execution of the attendee management websites and emails
- Proactively identify how to leverage new attendee management capabilities within Cvent
- Provide consultative support to Meeting Planners and Meeting Owners as needed
