QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of the following topics:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel organisation, and event coordination.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and SharePoint sites.
  • Strong organisational skills for managing calendars, organising travel, seminars, and events.
  • Excellent communication skills for supporting stakeholders and collaborating on annual processes.
