What you will be doing:

  • Customer Advocacy: Understand and champion the voice of our customers, integrating feedback to shape our services and products.
  • Renewal Management: Coordinate renewals seamlessly, addressing concerns with genuine concern, ensuring our loyal customers are always at the forefront.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with diverse teams, ensuring harmonious and consistent experiences across the spectrum.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in customer experience, renewals, or a closely related field
  • Fluency in both verbal and written German is mandatory
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at forming and maintaining relationships.
  • A sharp analytical mind, skilled at distilling complex customer data into actionable strategies.
  • Proactivity and foresight in addressing and anticipating potential customer challenges.
  • Commercially aware to provide the best service to our customers
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment
