What you will be doing:
- Customer Advocacy: Understand and champion the voice of our customers, integrating feedback to shape our services and products.
- Renewal Management: Coordinate renewals seamlessly, addressing concerns with genuine concern, ensuring our loyal customers are always at the forefront.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with diverse teams, ensuring harmonious and consistent experiences across the spectrum.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of proven experience in customer experience, renewals, or a closely related field
- Fluency in both verbal and written German is mandatory
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at forming and maintaining relationships.
- A sharp analytical mind, skilled at distilling complex customer data into actionable strategies.
- Proactivity and foresight in addressing and anticipating potential customer challenges.
- Commercially aware to provide the best service to our customers
- Excel in a fast-paced environment
