Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of the v alue proposition for an audience with the specific focus on cross-experience user journeys
- Help develop user journeys and servi c e map across LEGO ® branded ecosystem
- Conduct user research and benchmarking analysis
- Support business design activities such as workshops, stakeholder interviews, business intelligence gathering, creative brainstorms, visioning, and KPI development
- Review and analyse available insights and data to define and deliver differentiating and market leading experience
