Join Zoom as a Customer Experience Consultant and lead large-scale implementations for enterprise clients, utilizing multi-channel contact center experience and cloud providers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams to design custom projects and integrations, managing the software development process from conception to deployment. You will also customize CRMs like Salesforce, ZenDesk, and others using Java skills to solve customer use cases within the Zoom Platform. Lastly, you will oversee the end-to-end life-cycle of software and applications, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a technical lead in large-scale implementations for enterprise customers
  • Utilizing multi-channel contact center experience (Voice, Chat, SMS, Video, Messaging, Email, Outbound Dialer, and AI) with a preference for cloud providers
  • Collaborating with developers, product managers, and engineering teams to scope, design, and build custom projects or integrations
  • Assessing feasibility and impact, gathering requirements to help plan implementations with various stakeholders
  • Using Java skills to customize CRMs (Salesforce, ZenDesk, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics) for solving customer use cases within the Zoom Platform
  • Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
  • Overseeing end-to-end life-cycle for the production of software and applications
  • Modifying and test changes to previously developed programs
