Description:
ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Customer Excellence Manager to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a passion for building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our solutions, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Full professional fluency in (Swiss-)German and English. Other languages are considered an asset (especially French).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Swiss and EU legislative processes and/or Public Affairs/Advocacy/Policy monitoring is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products.
- Proactively engage with customers through regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Drive customer renewals and identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive steps to mitigate churn.
- Deliver training and onboarding sessions to new customers, ensuring a smooth adoption of our software.
