CX Junior Consultant

WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting or research & reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is a mustMBA, a relevant Master’s degree, or a relevant certificate is a plus
• Basic understanding of design thinking, systems thinking, business analysis, digital transformation, UX, CX, mapping, & blueprints.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Arabic is a must
• Basic data analysis & interpretation (Pivot tables, functions & formulas, building advanced formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting, data visualization…)
• Advanced research skills
• Advanced presentation & reporting skills
• An ability to take initiative, work autonomously, collaborate, & meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to personal learning & development
