Description:
WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting or research & reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is a mustMBA, a relevant Master’s degree, or a relevant certificate is a plus
- Basic understanding of design thinking, systems thinking, business analysis, digital transformation, UX, CX, mapping, & blueprints.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Arabic is a must
- Basic data analysis & interpretation (Pivot tables, functions & formulas, building advanced formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting, data visualization…)
- Advanced research skills
- Advanced presentation & reporting skills
- An ability to take initiative, work autonomously, collaborate, & meet tight deadlines.
- Strong commitment to personal learning & development
