JOB DESCRIPTION

The CX Systems Program Manager is responsible for working with insight consultants and researchers by transforming their research and insights needs into survey programming and dashboard builds. This is an individual contributor role that will be part of a dynamic team of individuals that provide similar work for other business units.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced experience using Qualtrics is a must. Considered a plus:
  • Qualtrics CX certification
  • Project and global workflow tasks
  • APIs
  • Experience with Directories
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript a plus),
  • Knowledge and application of WCAG standards
  • Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital assets and tools
    Location Expectations
    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate customer and employee research requirements into Qualtrics platform
  • Program, build and test surveys, email templates, dashboards, and reports from the feedback platform
  • Build workflows to automate tasks
  • Collaborate with researchers and insight consultants in programming surveys
  • Work with data/technology representatives in ensuring data and lists used are clean and complete
  • Build ticketing protocols that will facilitate closed loop
  • Manage the samples for each of these programs and ensure that automation is built to support a robust feedback platform
