Description:
CX/UX Researcher
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a CX/UX Researcher to join the Wolters Kluwer Digital eXperience Group (*/dxg) and help support Research efforts of our Tax and Accounting products teams by understanding the research needs and making recommendations for appropriate generative or evaluative research methods.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Help define user research sessions for multiple products and end to end customer experiences
- Identifying target user populations
- Defining research questions and focus
- Participate in initial discovery and understanding of the user(s) as well as the needs of the business.
- Assists in identifying customer user profiles and UI needs through customer visits and lab testing and leads structured task analyses; conducts surveys of customer satisfaction with user interfaces.
- Closely collaborate with CX/UX, marketing and product management teams to identify the research topics.
- Perform a range of research methods, including User interviews, concept validation, and usability testing.
- Participate in data analysis, report writing, and creation of actionable recommendations- and reporting those out to stakeholders
The team
You will be closely working together with our UX Designers, Product Managers and occasionally with our Product Editors and Software Engineers.
Location
We have multiple offices in Belgium. Depending on what suits you better, you can either work 2 days per week at our office in Hasselt or at our office in Mechelen. The rest of the week you can work from home.
This is you
- 3-5 years experience in a User Experience Research role or relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction science, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any related field
- Experience in qualitative research methods, especially remote and unmoderated methods
- Proficiency in planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research
- You speak Dutch and English fluently. French language skills are nice to have but not compulsory
- Knowledge of Miro and MS Teams
