JOB DESCRIPTION

Discover Impactful Work: The Cyber Fraud Awareness Specialist is a unique and exciting opportunity to drive initiatives that educate colleagues about the latest cyber fraud risks, techniques, and prevention strategies. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver awareness and training resources that empower our global workforce to detect and report cyber fraud.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Education, Communications, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Proven experience managing cybersecurity awareness programs.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Analytical skills for program assessment and improvement.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and technologies preferred.
  • Experience in a global, multicultural environment is helpful.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging cyber fraud awareness strategies.
  • Create and update materials like newsletters, posters and online resources.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote cyber fraud awareness.
  • Provide expertise and support on cyber fraud prevention.
  • Collaborate to assess and enhance security controls and procedures.
  • Work with the Incident Response team to investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
  • Develop metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and updates on cyber fraud awareness initiatives.
  • Monitor emerging cyber fraud trends and ensure proactive prevention.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously improve program processes for efficiency.
