Cyber Integration, Infrastructure & Test Engineers

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education and experience in an Engineering discipline related to Testing and/or Infrastructure.

For Testing specialists:

• Testing within our key competencies of Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Intelligence Analytics or Software & Systems Development.
• Testing systems developed utilising a number of the following technologies: RF, Networking, Telecoms, Internet and IP related technologies, Embedded systems and programming, Cloud technologies.
• Developing test support tools or automated scripts using modern languages or scripting.
• Working in a test capacity in the areas of COTS Integration and Agile Systems Development.

For Infrastructure specialists:

• Experience working with computer systems, networking hardware, security appliances and software.
• Solid understanding and application of systems and integration engineering principles, requirements analysis and decomposition, system architecture and design.
• Understanding of virtualisation concepts, especially ESXi, vSphere and associated interfaces/APIs.
• Linux and/or Windows experience and comfort with Bash shell and Powershell.
• Experience/familiarity with deployment tools (mainly Ansible and Terraform).
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket.
• Strong networking skills (TCP/IP) and possibly NSX-T.
• Software development experience or familiarity particularly with Python.
• Strong written and communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for performing a range of test or infrastructure engineering tasks across the development life-cycle.
Ability to be able to apply knowledge of engineering best practice and to apply appropriate processes, procedures and tools throughout the development life-cycle.
Required to provide input into estimating/planning, will work under limited supervision to meet customer needs and contribute towards ensuring that project milestones are met.
The position will be full-time within the existing team delivering cutting edge solutions for both customer and Lockheed Martin enterprises.
Must have strong technical expertise and have general knowledge of other related disciplines.
You must hold a current government clearance.
