REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2 – 5 Years’ working experience in a Cyber Security role.
  • IT Degree or related engineering, science or maths degree.
  • SC-200 certified.
  • Must be an Australian citizen eligible to obtain security clearance.
  • Hands-on working experience with Azure (Entra ID, Defender and Sentinel) is required.
  • Experience in M365 suite (Exchange, Sharepoint, Intune, Teams, Purview and/or Power Platform Apps & Automate).
  • Privileged Access Management.
  • Highly desirable Azure Administrator: AZ-104 certification or any Azure certificate.
  • Desirable M365 Administrator: MS-102 certificate.
  • Service oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of cyber security issues such as computer intrusions, malicious code, phishing and SPAM.
  • Good understanding of system administration of Microsoft environments and process to troubleshoot incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining our Cyber Security Threat Framework, and supporting its implementation.
  • Providing Level 2 support to employees across all the business units.
  • Managing new security systems/processes to mitigate agreed risks.
  • Daily monitoring of security solutions including, Tenable Security Centre, Azure Sentinel, FortiAnalyzer Firewall Security.
  • Security awareness training and Phishing simulations.
  • Identify and bring to attention breaches and potential intrusion incidents.
  • Analyse security breaches to determine the root cause.
