Role: Cyber Security Analyst (ZScaler)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Expertise in Zscaler ZPA technologies.
• Experience of configuring Zscaler ZIA SWG protection policies, FWaaS rules and zScaler Client Connector configuration
• Knowledge of Broadcom Bluecoat Proxy technologies would be advantageous
• Configuring and deploying application connectors and configuration application access policies
• Supporting and implementing Zscaler SaaS solution, optimise internal routing for users Configuring Profile and Application policies for ZIA, ZPA, using proxy.pac files
• Improve network performance and seamless access to Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange for regional offices and access to external service providers
• Increased security by implementing Zscaler Source IP Anchoring (SIPA),
• Experience with Zscaler Application Connector builds/Groups/HA-Load Balancing/Data Centre
• Perform security alert handling, response, and remediation coordination
• Maintain record for security threats, processes to report alerts to remediation teams
