Primary Responsibilities

  • Support decision on risk treatment / Support Risk assessment and CVSS evaluation
  • Support cyber security requirements tailoring and product requirements analysis in scope of cyber security aspect
  • Performs threat modelling of identified system functions
  • Supports security assessments and audits
  • Supports system and software architects in evaluating security issues
  • Monitors implementation of security requirements
  • Monitors deployment security measures during the development of software systems
  • Monitors product vulnerabilities
  • Contribute to implementation of security measures by engineering team
  • Conducts incident responses and reports
  • Participate on design and code reviews with focus on cyber security aspect

General Tasks

  • Support continuous Cyber Security product compliance

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues to non-experts
  • Technical knowledge in embedded security
  • Knowledge of communication protocols
  • Knowledge on requirements engineering
  • Knowledge of threat modelling methods and tooling
  • The ability to perform security risk assessments and evaluations
  • Understanding of computer forensics and security breach protocols
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  • Knowledge of cyber security test definition and execution
  • Understanding of low power cryptography primitives (AES, CMAC, …) and their usage
  • Knowledge of penetration testing for embedded systems (bare metal, Linux, Windows) and desktop applications
  • Knowledge of risk assessment technologies and methods
  • Academic degree in computer science or comparable qualification with focus on IT security
