Description:

We are looking for a Cyber Security Manager. This is your chance to join a highly awarded managed services provider with a leading Cyber Security portfolio.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on managing cybersecurity client engagements.
  • Experience working in a consultancy or managed service provider (MSP) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles frameworks and best practices such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
  • Experience with security incident response, risk management and vulnerability assessments.
  • Experience managing or coaching a cyber security team would be desirable.
  • Proven leadership experience including mentoring cybersecurity teams.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA or CEH Certifications would be desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Cybersecurity would be desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of client engagements, managing consultants and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Producing high quality reports and presentations that address client needs and identify opportunities for them to use solutions from the wider portfolio.
  • Define and implement robust security strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and oversee the IT security architecture to support the strategy.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments, analyse identified risks and develop actionable recommendations for their resolution.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define key security initiatives for the strategic roadmap, outlining drivers, benefits, objectives and deliverables.
  • Design and implement IT security solutions across various domains, including identity and access management, threat and vulnerability management, risk and compliance management, and encryption key management.
