Description:
CAPGEMINI IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED, HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND DETAIL-ORIENTED CYBER SECURITY SPECIALIST FOR A TOP 10 US INSURANCE CARRIER.
This role involves using a risk-based methodology to perform detailed technical analysis of cybersecurity risks, implementing security requirements for integrated systems, and advising stakeholders on defense-in-depth strategies. The Cyber Security Specialist will lead large-scale security projects, conduct urgent security testing and risk assessments, analyze security breaches, document corporate security policies, develop security awareness training, and coordinate security plans with third-party suppliers or cloud service providers. This position also provides guidance to Analysts and Specialists.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Infrastructure: Servers, VMs, Network, application architecture
- Cyber Security: Vulnerability Management, scanning tools, processes
- OS Vulnerabilities:
- Linux and Wintel: Kernel, patch levels, common issues
- Cloud: AWS basics
- Excel: Reports, lookups, pivots, summarize data, POWER BI (plus)
- Vulnerability Scanning: Using tools (Currently EVM, Qualys, Wiz) or similar scanning tools/systems
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders
