Description:
Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Cyber Security TTX (Technical Tabletop Exercise) Manager to join our team. As a Cyber Security TTX Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical tabletop exercises to assess and enhance the cyber resilience and incident response capabilities of our organization and its clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security or incident response.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security best practices, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in planning, coordinating and executing tabletop exercises and cyber security drills.
- Understanding of incident response methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent coordination, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GIAC (GCIH, GCIA) are preferred.
- Experience with incident response tools and technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual cybersecurity drills involving Red Team/Blue Team activities & cybersecurity tabletop exercises one focused on IT systems and one on OT/IS systems
- Validate and test the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) team’s readiness.
- Assess the overall effectiveness of the organization’s cybersecurity defenses.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to SOC capabilities.
- Collaborate with Penetration/Red Team to incorporate real-world attack scenarios into drills.
- Validate the effectiveness of defensive measures and response procedures.
- Ensure that the outcomes and recommendations from TTX are implemented.
- Conduct follow-up activities to enhance incident response procedures and processes based on lessons learned.
