In this role you will:
- Oversee the protection and capacity planning for the Tertiary Vault, ensuring all applications are securely managed.
- Communicate technical performance insights to business leaders and resolve vault-related issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Engage with IT stakeholders to align vault operations with business goals and managing a team of ten to optimize resource allocation and talent development.
- Balance technical oversight with strategic planning and liaises with vendors to enhance vault processes.
- Ensure the vault’s integrity, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Deep experience of defining and assessing Cyber/Data technology. Experience in implementing vault solutions in large organizations.
- Desire and ability to balance technical work with strategic oversight, with c. 50:50 split.
- Excellent stakeholder management and able to communicate complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
This role is based in Sheffield with hybrid working.
