Description:

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Support professional to provide post-Go Live support for CyberArk PAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Cyber Security and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting CyberArk products. This role will involve working with various monitoring solutions, managing ticket systems, troubleshooting Linux and Windows environments, and providing technical expertise for networking and security concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide post Go-Live support for CyberArk PAM products (e.g., Central Policy Manager (CP), Privileged Access Manager (PAM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM)).
  • Use monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Zabbix for creating alerts, adjusting thresholds, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow for effective ticket management and problem resolution.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Python and Linux shell scripts.
  • Support and maintain Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure to gather requested information.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and database management systems (e.g., DB2, SQL Server).
  • Provide documentation such as run books, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with CyberArk’s security best practices and provide solutions based on industry standards.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of overall work experience in Cyber Security support with 3+ years supporting CyberArk PAM solutions.
  • Expertise in post Go-Live support of CyberArk PAM products (CP, PAM, PSM).
  • Knowledge of CyberArk security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Zabbix.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting Python and Linux shell scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM DB2, SQL Server, and other database management systems.
  • Basic understanding of High-Availability (HA) and failover implementations.
  • Ability to create and manage technical documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with CyberArk implementation is a plus.
  • Experience with CyberArk integration with other security tools.
  • Experience in Agile software release environments.

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while applying advanced CyberArk and Cyber Security expertise in a dynamic environment.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $22.61/hour - $35.33/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
