We are seeking for the Europe Region a detail-oriented and experienced Cybersecurity Analyst with specialized knowledge in the manufacturing sector and a strong understanding of patch management and TISAX / ISO27001 certification requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure the cybersecurity resilience of our manufacturing operations and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement a robust patch management strategy to ensure all IT & OT systems are up to date with the latest security patches.
- Collaborate with IT and OT departments to align patching schedules and minimize disruptions.
- Monitor patching cycles and verify the successful deployment of patches across systems.
- Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
- Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
- Manage the TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) certification process for the region, ensuring all sites will comply with TISAX standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments, including TISAX self-audits, to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity solutions for manufacturing environments, such as Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) devices.
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices.
- Be part of a multinational SOC (Security Operation Center), managing and checking threats and vulnerabilities with a follow-the-sun schedule.
Our requirements:
- University degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficient English language skills - knowledge of French is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with regulations and standards such as FDA, GDPR.
- Knowledge of TISAX certification and the ability to navigate its assessment and compliance processes.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.
- Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
- Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
- Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
