HOW YOU ARE

• With strong analytical and detail-oriented skills – you excel at meticulously monitoring the IT environment for cybersecurity relevant events, analyzing causes rather than just effects, assessing impact and performing investigations.
• With decision-making skills – you make accurate decisions when responding to incidents and when advising on security of IT architectures and operations, or when assessing risk.
• With a result-oriented approach – you recognize the necessity of producing favorable results and timely responses while constantly working to improve them under company guidelines.
• With good communication skills – you enjoy working independently, but you’re also a team player who excels at communicating effectively in a variety of situations, who treasures diversity, maintaining relationships with all colleagues, from sales consultants in the stores to Board members and Adeo group stakeholders.
• With a focus on self development – your dedication to improving your own competencies, either technical or soft skills is matched by an equally strong desire to apply what you have learned, while seeking and offering feedback to keep aligned with the team.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• a minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity and at least 2 more years in IT system administration or support.

Good knowledge of:

• Windows and basic Linux;
• Systems hardening , security configuration, security-as-code;
• Networking concepts;
• Google Suite is an advantage;
• Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, SaaS);
• DevSecOps exposure is an advantage;
• Cybersecurity frameworks (types of controls, structure);
• Incident response;
• Security controls engineering (architecture, deployment, configuration, operation);
• English language – intermediate, both written and spoken;
• French language – both written and spoken, considered an advantage;
• Ability to travel for work purposes;
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, business experts or other departments such as local BU teams or international Adeo teams;
• Work Attitude – Communicative, proactive, responsible and flexible problem solver.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will assess and monitor Leroy Merlin’s IT infrastructure to evaluate threats that could breach the systems and continuously look for ways to enhance company security and protect its sensitive information.
