Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days remotely/week)
As a Cybersecurity Compliance Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global organization dedicated to maintaining robust cybersecurity standards. In this role, you will ensure the integration of regulatory requirements into the company’s cybersecurity policies and programs. You will collaborate with various teams to monitor compliance and manage policy exceptions, contributing significantly to the company’s security posture.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: MONITOR REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS IN THE AREA OF CYBERSECURITY

• Cooperate with Legal, Compliance, DPO, and Cybersecurity teams to integrate requirements into cybersecurity policies and programs
• Collaborate with Global and Local IT & Data teams, Internal Control, and Audit to monitor the implementation level of cybersecurity policies
• Monitor and manage cybersecurity policy exceptions

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Relevant experience in audit or cybersecurity
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in a global environment
• Understanding of key regulations and cyber frameworks like NIS2, NIST
• Fluent English
