YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, IT-Security, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, GDPR)
  • Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps practices and design of secure IT-architectures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Dependable working style, hands-on, and as part of a team
  • Solid project management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient oral and written English language skills; German is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Join the Henkel cybersecurity team, supporting others in applying security practices in their organizations
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments of IT systems, projects and organizations
  • Advise colleagues on best practices in information security and cybersecurity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes, IT organizations and IT systems
  • Develop and implement information security and cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management, highlighting findings and recommendations
  • You can learn from excellent team members and make yourself an industry expert
