DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Fluent and confident communication skills (written and verbal) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Previous experience working with local government entities and/or in Critical Infrastructure.
• Degree qualified or equivalent in Information Security, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or related subjects.

JOB ROLE

This is a 1 year fixed term contract role for a Cyber Security Consultant, with potential for extension, to provide a diverse range of services to our clients, including commercial organizations, state and federal government ministries, military divisions, and national security elements.
You will work as a Cybersecurity Consultant based in Jakarta providing consulting on a range of national cyber capability building initiatives covering people, process and technologies. You will have the opportunity to work alongside international cyber SMEs as you lead customer facing engagements within the region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead stakeholder engagements and support your other colleagues/subject matter experts (at times in both Bahasa Indonesia and English) to ensure requirements and context is understood by all in attendance.
• Lead stakeholders workshops and interviews (at times in both Bahasa Indonesia and English) to analyse existing security processes and ways of working.
• Lead on the delivery of pre-prepared material in-person to benefactors.
• Produce clear and accurate reports, documentation and presentation material for the attention of benefactors and senior stakeholders.
• Conduct proactive research to analyses security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies.
• Create assessment frameworks to assess organisational and technological maturity of client existing cyber operations and processes.
• Work as a part of a small high-performing global team on Outcome-focussed deliverables.
• Work occasionally remote or across different time-zones/regional boundaries subject to the nature of the task being undertaken.
