Description:
Our client is a leading process automation company that works with Fortune 500 clients in every aspect of process control, manufacturing automation and systems integration across a variety of industries.
Our client is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join their team. This individual will provide engineering and cybersecurity consulting to the customers and project teams. The individual will also support the growth of cybersecurity services, working closely with the business development team.
Cybersecurity Engineer-(Manufacturing / Process Automation) -W2 only
This is a full-time direct hire position with our client.
Location: Boston/ Baltimore/ Delaware, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Houston. -Hybrid.
Manufacturing / Process Automation experience good to have.
No C2C, No OPT/ CPT. No sponsorship.
EDUCATION
Bachelors (or higher) degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a technical discipline.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, preferably related to a manufacturing or process plant environment.
Demonstratable knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, such as vulnerability management and the principle of least privilege.
SKILLS
Capable in the application of cybersecurity engineering principles to various systems.
Thorough knowledge of business application software (MS Office package)
Willing to submit to drug testing and/or background checks as mandated for a) employment, and b) customer contract requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Network engineering or secure architecture background
Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial or equivalent desired.
Manufacturing cybersecurity certification such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, or equivalent desired.
