Description:
Inbox Business Technologies is a leading IT solutions provider known for delivering innovative and comprehensive technology solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Engineer /SDM/SSAM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and managing the cybersecurity posture of our organization. This role involves developing and updating cybersecurity policies and procedures, assisting with compliance for internal and external audits, and maintaining cybersecurity governance frameworks. The successful candidate will also conduct assessments of cybersecurity maturity and gaps, review cybersecurity architecture, and contribute to the development of strategic cybersecurity roadmaps.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field, with a focus on policy development, compliance, and governance. Experience with CMMI and C2M2 assessments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and procedures. Experience with IT and OT cybersecurity architectures and governance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed assessments and develop strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001) are highly desirable.
- Experience with business continuity and resilience management, and familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Update and develop comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure robust security practices.
- Assist in ensuring cybersecurity compliance for internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation and evidence.
- Maintain, update, and develop the Cybersecurity RASCI (Responsible, Accountable, Supportive, Consulted, Informed).
- Conduct Cybersecurity Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) assessments for IT and Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2) assessments for OT to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity governance frameworks, strategic planning, and roadmaps to align with organizational goals.
- Review and assess cybersecurity architecture for both IT and OT environments to ensure alignment with best practices and emerging threats.
- Assist in the development and management of Cyber Resilience and Business Continuity Management Systems for IT and OT environments.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to management, highlighting cybersecurity status, risks, and recommendations.
