As a part of Cybersecurity Project and Service Management team, you will participate in various projects for our Polish and Global clients. You will be involved in challenging assignments, assisting our client’s trough they transformation and organization change journeys. Key requirements:

Strong technical background and at least one year of experience in IT Project Management either in a consulting firm or within a major international corporation. Additionally, you have:

  • Basic knowledge of Project and Service management
  • The ability to adapt to different environments
  • A strong analytical mindset, allowing you to deeply understand complex topics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Share Point
  • Knowledge of MS project, JIRA, Asana or other project management tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in working in IT and Cybersecurity projects
  • Fluency in spoken and written English in a professional setting
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

You will support our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey, actively assisting EY project teams and clients.
You will provide consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs. You will work with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a consultant at the junior level with expertise in the following areas:

  • Day-to-day management and execution of assigned tasks within cybersecurity and technology projects (agile and waterfall)
  • Identification and proactive management of project risks and issues
  • Working with project managers and multi-functional, global and virtual teams to ensure the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place to support project delivery
  • Supporting the Product Owner to manage the backlog/requirement gathering and guide the team in balancing the priorities and scope

As a junior consultant, you will be expected to:

  • Assist project managers in leading activities to deliver results for the client
  • Actively engage in the internal life of the team
  • Expand your knowledge through tailored training
