As a Cybersecurity MI Reporting Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution. Your role is crucial in delivering comprehensive cybersecurity metrics and reporting products to various organizational levels. This involves collaborating with multiple teams to automate reporting processes, develop executive dashboards, and provide key control indicators. You will ensure consistent and business-focused commentary on cybersecurity themes across the organization, supporting risk appetite measurement and fulfilling reporting requirements from regional CISOs and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting cybersecurity metrics for global businesses, functions, and regions
- Working with the Advanced Analytics team to automate reporting efforts
- Providing executive dashboards and senior management reports
- Reporting on Key Control Indicators (KCIs) in collaboration with the Control Design and Cybersecurity Science teams
- Sourcing and offering consistent business-focused commentary on cybersecurity themes
- Feeding Management Information (MI) into Group Risk Appetite Measurement
- Collating, triaging, and fulfilling MI requirements from global business functions and regional CISOs
- Building and maintaining a metrics knowledge base on key controls, data documentation, and business processes
- Acting as a liaison between control owners, metric production teams, and business units to ensure accurate reporting
- Maintaining up-to-date data information and coordinating updates from various teams
YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with cybersecurity metrics and measures in managing risks and controls (KPIs, KCIs, KRIs)
- Strong project management or business analysis skills to organize and maintain workflow
- Experience in complex, fast-moving corporate environments with large-scale cybersecurity controls
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors
- Operational experience in international settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in building and maintaining reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or PowerBI/Tableau
- Experience with Excel macros and advanced formulas
- Technical writing and report authoring skills, including automation of data processing
