Description:
With a fleet of 3,000 cycles, our Cycle Centre is a thriving hub and a key part of the Center Parcs experience. Our dedicated team is responsible for ensuring our cycles and equipment are ready to hire out to our guests twice per week.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to support, develop and challenge a team
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- CYTEC qualification NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Knowledge of cycle maintenance
- Previous experience of leading a team in a service / operational environment
